How ginlac.gr handles contact enquiries.
Purpose and basis
The form collects your name, email, optional company, subject and message to answer your business enquiry and, where applicable, manage a commercial relationship. Depending on the enquiry, the basis is pre-contractual communication or legitimate interest in responding. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing. Please do not send sensitive health information.
Technical operation
We set no cookies or analytics or tracking tools, and do not store form submissions in a website database. Papaki hosts the website and the info@ginlac.gr mailbox. Form enquiries are delivered through Papaki and forwarded to a Google Gmail account for replies; copies may remain in provider systems. The hosting provider may keep access logs for website security and operation.
Retention and rights
If no commercial relationship follows, we delete correspondence no later than one year after the last substantive exchange. Otherwise, we keep it only as long as needed for the relationship and afterwards only where a specific legal obligation requires it. You may ask for access, correction or earlier deletion, or object to processing through the email above; deletion requests are assessed subject to any applicable legal duty to retain data. You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
